The medical centre will process the billing through your OSHC provider, and you will be required to pay the gap fee. If you do not have your insurance card with you, you will be required to pay the full consultation fee, then you will be provided with a receipt and will need to personally claim your rebate from your health fund.

Telehealth Consultations

Please note that telehealth consultations are charged the same rate as face-to-face consultations. A Medicare rebate is applicable only if you have been to the clinic in the last 12 months, and this rebate can be processed at the time of payment. Patient must be present for face to face, and telehealth consults to receive Medicare rebate.

Late Cancellations/Did Not Attend Policy

Please note, we require a minimum of 2 hours notice prior to your appointment to cancel and 24 hours for procedures, otherwise a fee of $50.00 applies for "did not attend" or late cancellations.
