Dr Brodie has been practicing in Broadbeach for over 26 years, having been the principal doctor in his practice at Victoria Square before moving to the Gold Coast in 2007, and is now at the Broadbeach Medical Centre.

His special interests are the health and wellbeing of elderly patients, and men's health. He also continues to treat a number of nursing home residents in the area.
